These areas are also priority areas for restoration activities with risk reduction objectives. Habitat risk reduction values are calssified using quantiles, therefore the "highest" risk reduction areas are the top 20% of the coastal segments across the entire US Gulf of Mexico coastline. "Medium" is the middle 60% and low is the bottom 20%.
